The sacrifice of Karbala

There have been lot of talks about Hussain(as) and 72 martrys among people, they often ask what's so special about them and Moharram or Aashara Mubaraka ? Why is Dawoodi bohra community is so dedicated to this ? 

It's been around 1400 years but still the grief is fresh.

It's the muhharram that we are known for...It's the sorrow of Immam Hussain (as) death that make our souls alive...

He faught for justice and humanity, sacrificed his whole family and 72 loyal soilders. His brother, his sons even the one who was just six months old, his happy and prosperous family was destroyed to save Islam, justice  and humanity but still he was thanking God for everything and sacrificed himself too.

It's his (as) sacrifice that we are prosperous today...Hussain (as)  grief and sacrifice is not just the story of 1400 years ago but also the reason  why we are Dawoodi Bohra and Shia and the reason we live...
